Join us as we celebrate Paige and Ryan, two of Flower Valley's graduating senior frogs. Paige and Ryan will be jumping into summer, college military commitments and will be leaving Flower Valley before the swim season ends. There is no cost for this event, but please sign up to bring a salad and bread, side dish, or main dish. Drinks and dessert will be provided. Please RSVP with the number of people attending in your group, as well as the dish you will bring to share.

Current swim team members in the 13-14 & 15-18 age groups can sign up to volunteer as a pre-team coach. 

(Please RSVP to indicate your swimmer's interest in being a pre-team coach. A Pre-Team Rep will be in touch to confirm their spot.)

There are a limited number of volunteer openings for the pre-team coaching staff.

Training is required for all pre-team coaches and SSL Hours can be earned for all Pre-Team Coaches. MCPS SSL forms will be provided .

If you need a different form signed, give it to one of the reps before July 1.
